Description
Born somewhere between cyprus and upper arab countries, Cauliflower Snowball Self – Blanching reached USA by Italian immigrants around early 1800s. After that, this vegetable became a popular variety among gardeners, and didn’t miss from anyone’s garden. This cauliflower protects itself from the elements by curling its leaves around its 6-9 Inch snow-white head until it’s ready for consumption, and that’s very handy for home growers because it doesn’t require tying.
Culinary uses
Keep it in your refrigerator and enjoy it when you like. Excellent for crunchy and healthy salads and snacks. But very sweet and mild flavour when roasted or steamed in your steer fry.
