Name & History
Got its fancy name from the exotic moulin rouge dancers, since if you look at it upside down, it reminds a red skirt with legs! A european lady that makes a great addition for your garden.
Description
This variety is highly monospermous, which in simple words means you take just one or two beet balls from one seed, so you avoid thining at the early stages. Basically grown for their roots, but their green is also usable. Rich in vitamin C,B1,B2,PP and proteins, you can consume it in your juice or eat it in your salad.
